20 Jul Play to Learn : Developing Soft Skills
Unlike knowledge and other forms of intelligences that can be acquired through learning, soft skills are abilities that cannot be directly taught in the classroom. Instead, they are developed through assimilation of activities that bring together the opportunities for children to enhance and explore these skills. In July, diverse activities were conducted to provide the platform for developing these soft skills that will become the basis for later success. Children worked in teams, interacted with one another and learnt to adapt to new environments by overcoming simulated obstacles and mastering their own feelings and emotions.
